Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using swp.gg APIs, hosted checkout, or dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you use swp.gg for a business, you represent that you can bind that business.

2. The service

swp.gg provides custodial crypto payment tooling: invoices, static addresses, balance ledgering, converts, and withdrawals. Blockchain networks are outside our control; confirmation times and network fees vary by chain.

3. Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are subject to the platform fee shown in your account (default 0.15%). Internal converts may include an additional fee (default 0.10%). Network fees for withdrawals are paid from the withdrawn asset where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use swp.gg for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, or abuse of the API. We may freeze, hold, or reject transactions under our AML Policy and compliance reviews.

5. Custody & risk

Crypto assets are volatile and irreversible once broadcast. You are responsible for validating withdraw addresses. We are not a bank; balances are not FDIC-insured or equivalent.

6. API keys & security

You are responsible for safeguarding API keys, webhook secrets, and 2FA materials. Enable 2FA and IP restrictions where available. Unauthorized use under your credentials remains your responsibility unless caused by our proven negligence.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, swp.gg is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from chain congestion, third-party RPC failures, or incorrect addresses you provide. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Questions: [email protected].
