swp.gg (“we”, “us”) operates a custodial crypto payment gateway at swp.gg. This policy explains what data we process when you use our website, dashboard, and APIs.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — username, email, password hash, optional 2FA secrets
• Merchant & business data — shop name, logos, webhook URLs, accepted chains
• Payment data — invoice amounts, selected chain, deposit addresses, tx hashes, balances, ledger entries
• Security data — IP addresses for login/API/withdraw controls, device/session cookies
• Support communications — messages you send us by email or Telegram

3. How we use data

We use this information to provide the gateway (invoices, deposits, withdrawals, converts), prevent abuse and fraud, meet AML screening requirements, send transactional email (verification, security alerts), and improve reliability.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, blockchain RPC/indexing) strictly to operate the service, or when required by law. Public blockchain data (addresses, amounts, tx hashes) is inherently visible on-chain.

5. Retention

Account and ledger records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute, and compliance purposes.
