Overview

swp.gg is a custodial crypto payment gateway. Merchants are responsible for their own lawful use of the platform and for any due diligence they owe their customers.

We do not freeze funds or transactions unless a valid court or law-enforcement order (or other compulsory legal process) requires it. Details are in our AML Policy.

Controls

Account security: 2FA, withdraw IP allowlists, API key IP locks
Ledger uniqueness constraints to prevent double-credits
Response to valid legal process only — no routine freeze of customer funds
